Hair Co. concept was spearheaded by the 3rd generation in a family of salon owners – siblings Megan and Tyler McGhie. With collective experience with their family’s company, the two recognized the potential in creating a fresh and inclusive salon space. It is a place of hospitality for our Exchange District community – for gathering and gaining confidence, and a place to inspire both clients and fellow stylists with our exclusive services.

 

ABOUT US

When you visit Hair Co., you can expect a level of service from the stylists who care about building trust and connections with each and every guest. You’ll always be greeted with a smile. We'll take our time and listen to you when we ask about your hair. You’ll be treated to a wash and scalp massage with conditioner. We’ll recommend products that we believe in, and we’ll style your hair so that you leave radiant and confident.

 
 

CANCELLATION POLICY

As service providers, our stylists’ personal income is based solely upon the services provided here at Hair Co., to you, our guests. As a place for extremely valued guests, every effort will be made on our part to prioritize your time and make you feel special while you’re here. In return, our expectation is that you, our guest, will make every effort to keep your scheduled appointment.

 

While we understand that circumstances may arise that will require a possible cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment, the following policies are in place to ensure that we can accommodate all of our valued guests as efficiently and effectively as possible given the limited amount of available appointments per week for each service provider.

 

CANCELLATIONS

48-hour advanced notice is required for any appointment cancellations. Our text confirmations are delivered 48 hours in advance of your appointment time, and not confirming through the text reminder system does not constitute a cancellation. Please contact the salon by phone to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

For any cancellation less than 48 hours prior to appointment, the guest will be charged for 50% of the full price of the missed service prior be scheduling their next service.

 

NO SHOWS

Failure to completely show up for a scheduled appointment without cancelling it by phone call will result in the guest being charged for the full price of the missed service. Furthermore, we reserve the right to refuse future services to any guests for failure to show up for an appointment without the courtesy of an advanced cancellation or reschedule.

 

LATE ARRIVALS

To ensure that we can deliver the best possible experience to our guests, we have allocated the necessary time to complete each service. Arriving on time for your scheduled service(s) ensures adequate time for our service providers to comfortably complete your service(s). We regretfully may not satisfactorily complete any service if a guest arrives a maximum of 15 minutes late, however we will do our best to accommodate with the time that remains for that appointment. We do reserve the right to decline any service to a guest that is more than 15 minutes late for their scheduled appointment.
